Modern 2 bed apartment with stunning seaside view

Fab location with brilliant view of Leith harbour, plenty of parking Quiet building, Asda close by, easy access to public transport and princess st approx 25 mins by bus, tram is likely quicker. Good communication from host throughout our stay.

Didn't realise there wasn't a TV, property needs a bit of TLC it's looking a bit tired, windows need fixed as they let in a bit of wind on a windy day, only 2 wine glasses so property needs a restock of items. King size bed in master bedroom has a double quilt on it, really should match the bed.

Nice view and has bus stop nearby to get to town center

Should be having cook ware in good condition.

The view was good.

No TV. No knives. No dish washing cloths or tea towels. No lamps in bedroom. Single bed was just 2 mattresses on top of each other. Notices saying don't open windows. Cheap toilet roll.

Good communication with the owner through Whatsapp. He provided us with new towels when we told him the ones we had were not enough, and an extra frying pan because the one on the apartment was not usable. He also allowed us to do a late check-out.

Dirty apartment. Needs a lot of maintenance. Stinky towels, unusable kitchenware, filthy floors, we found a gum in the room and things on the floor, door handle was broken, broken furniture, dirty windows, on the last day we didn’t have hot water. There was dirty, unfolded linen and towels in the floor of each wardrove. The extra bed was very uncomfortable. When we told the owner, he blamed the last guests, but the truth is the apartment is just poorly maintained. This apartment should not cost what it costs, it’s dirty and not up to date.

Location was good. It was spacious.

It was dirty, shabby and in a state of disrepair, oven and most kitchen equipment unusable. The bedding and towels we a " mish\ mash " of items that could have come from a charity shop. The smoke alarms had been removed in both bedrooms! The door handle in lounge had three screws missing on one side and all missing on the other, handle kept coming off! Broken bedside cabinet in the hall. Some kitchen units were broken. Kitchen bin oven,microwave, fridge and freezer were filthy! A pile of dirty laundry lying on the floor in the cupboard next to the washing machine! Piles of what I assume were clean bedding towels etc lying in a heap and the bottom of the wardrobe! I have photographs to back all of this up! I intend to take legal advise on a refund as I believe that was " misled" when booking this accommodation £622 for two nights.
