"Overall enjoyed our stay, very comfortable."

8.0

A nice quiet location, a 5 minute drive from Felixstowe with everything you need inside.

The back exterior could go with a good clean, the windows and frames are very dirty, particularly inside the patio door frames. The outside table &chairs need replacing and the gate needs sorting, it doesn’t shut and a struggle to get it open it any further to put any bins out. Also the shower unit fills up with water, the drain obviously needs cleaning. The Venetian blinds are very dusty, need cleaning.

"Excellent, for what we needed- thank you"

Comfortable and welcoming. 😊

Just a minor thing... there was no dishwasher, but we knew that, when we booked.

"A quiet short break."

8.0

Quiet residential location, cosy property. Having read all the negative points in previous reviews, there were no surprises. There was enough space for the 3 of us, and we found the kitchen sufficiently well equipped. We had a good short stay.

As noted in other reviews, the twin bedroom is too small and the beds there are not comfortable, they could at least do with new mattresses. Garden furniture was not clean, but thanks to those who left reviews, I brought disposable covers for table and chairs. The only other minor issue was lack of shelf in the shower to put shampoo on. There is no shop or pub/restaurant walking distance from the property, but we drove to the seaside every day, so it didn't make a difference to us.

"Felixstowe was a great place to visit, bungalow was in a prime location."

5.0

Location was excellent for Felixstowe Beach and Landguard Fort, neighbourhood was super quite

Constructive Criticism: No headboard, no mattress / pillow protector, stains on duvet, pillows were flat, bins not emptied in bedroom and bathroom, damp towels, no bath mat or hand towel, gate broken in back garden, outdoor furniture very old, needs a deep clean throughout and a paint, light in the back garden would be great.

"Pleasant bungalow in an idea location for our visit."

8.0

Nice layout of the bungalow, outside space if needed, quiet estate location.

There was only 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, also no blind on the front door window (bathroom directly to the side of the Front door), so as you left the toilet/bathroom you felt a little exposed. Would have been nice to have blackout blinds in the bedrooms.

"Comfy, cosy and very clean!"

10.0

Spotlessly clean, well equiped and comfortable accommodation. Surprisingly quiet given proximity to the main road. A great base from which to visit Felixstowe, Ipswich and surrounds.

"Served the purpose for the weekend. Would recommend."

8.0

Quiet & secluded

Beds uncomfortable - both double & singles too soft. Cushion overload everywhere which just got in the way.

"Good location just outside Felixstowe . Could walk to the village pub either road way or across park through side gate ."

9.0

It was very clean .modern and the garden for dog

Broken gate at side of garden had to put bin there to block to stop dog getting out . Washing line hung low bit dangerous
