Large Home Sleeps 6 Central Location Free Parking

The house was spacious. I noticed that older some reviews noted lack of bedside reading lamps, each bed now has a lamp. Location is good, once you work out buses etc. There is a small but well stocked Co-Op around the corner and one block down hill. Steep on your way home. There are other larger supermarkets not that further away. Walkable. We didnt need parking, however there appeared to be random car parking spaces nearby. Great park up the Hill. We wandered upon a small weekend festival. It was a nice surprise, then we walked down to the Plymouth Gallery. The taxi fare from the railway stationwas around £7-8..we found taxi trips and rates well priced. I again(common for me in accommodation beds) overheated in the loft, but took the duvet cover off and used it for a bedcover to sleep under. It never got cool enough to pull the duvet over me. All in all we had a good visit and the house suited our purposes. Would recommend, small courtyard, large dining and living space downstairs.

Ok, 1st world problem being mentioned. There was no wash basin in downstairs toilet. Hand washing in the kitchen sink did not appeal to my guests. Also no washing up bowl separate from the sink. Not a big deal for some people, they would use the dishwasher we finally stumbled across. None of us actually owns a dishwasher at home. So very rarely use them in holiday lets. A washing up bowl provides seperation from tea dregs, wine and hand washing . We found the television set up confusing. Again someone worked it out.

Spacious property, comfortable, good value for money. Small supermarket and fish & chip shop close by.

Quite a walk to town, barbican or harbour. 3rd bedroom only suitable for children or very agile adults.

Very spacious, attractively furnished and decorated, clean, tidy and well-stocked house.

Would have preferred off-street parking but there was plenty of on-street parking available right by the house.

The property was in a really convenient location. We were able to park sometimes right outside, other times a few doors away. Very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. We were a family of 5 and loved it.

Easy code to get in. Much easier than using a lockbox or having to meet the host if you have multiple people staying at the property.

It was a little bit cold. We stayed in the wintertime. I think because it is a big house with only radiators to heat the rooms that are on a timer, sometimes we were cold.

Lovely very spacious house with lots of character in a quiet area of the city.

A lovely, comfortable & spacious home with thoughtful touches, decor and outside space in a very peaceful & quiet part of Plymouth with free parking and walkable distance to all the main spots. Would definetely stay again.

Shower pressure was a bit on low side

Everything was as described/pictured. Excellent, prompt communication from the hosts. Very accommodating.

Kitchen, style, comfy beds, room sizes, great location as a base.

Just some minor gripes (not to detract from all the great stuff). Lacking in forks and a set of tongs for cooking.. Lack of bedside tables and lamps in the main bedrooms. Curtains in 2 of the bedrooms would also have been handy.
