Stylish Central York Apartment Free Parking & Gym

Very spacious, modern apartment and exceptionally clean. Decor is lovely with nice finishing touches. Really easy check-in and love that there's a gym on-site. Plenty of choice of supermarkets on the doorstep. The building / area was really nice and quiet during my stay. A very responsive host. I didn't have a car / require a parking space, but aware finding somewhere to stay in York which includes free parking is a rare find!

Really minor and easy changes and this place will be perfect! A slight oversight was not providing a fan (particularly when it's summer) the apartment felt quite stuffy when first walking in due to the windows being closed, and the windows are limited as to how far they'll open, so I did struggle to sleep at night due to feeling uncomfortably hot. I did ask the host about a fan and they kindly offered to bring one the next day, so as I say, a slight oversight. Curtains in the lounge would be nice for added feeling of privacy. Salt, pepper and oil is not provided which would be helpful for those staying a short while. Lastly, I struggled to find the Wifi Network name, an easy-fix if this could be added to the initial message with check-in information.

A fantastic stay! The apartment was bright, spotless, and very well-equipped. With two bathrooms, it was perfect for our group of four adults and one child. The location couldn’t be better—just a 10-minute walk to the city centre, with a large supermarket conveniently right across the street. The host was excellent and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended! 😊

We really enjoyed staying in the property. Josh is superbly responsive and had continuously checking if we would need anything. The property location is very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the citues main attractions. Also, there is a Asda and a Halal Butcher Shop just opposite of the property, which added more convenience. There is just right amenities provided. The beds are comfy and the room size are sufficient.

First time entrance through the main entrance of the apartment block was very complicated. I tried to dial to the number provided, the call connected but could not open the door. There was noone in the entrance to help. We could only enter by luck as we followed someone else... It would be great to get further instructions on this.

Bit of a problem with the keys but I think they are working on improving that. They got round it quite quickly.

Apartment clean, location good. Josh our contact was responsive while we were at the apartment. He is no longer responsive.

Start with the small... no dishwasher tablets, sofa bed in living room with no curtains in there, no kick boards on kitchen, access to UNDERGROUND SECURE car park is via a roller door, ring a mobile number for access, this didnt work Josh had to let us in. It does state in the welcome email that a parking permit is to be shown in vehicle, this would be left in the apartment. No permit was left. I continued to park anyway assuming that being UNDERGROUND and SECURE it would be ok. We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights. About a week after returning home I received 3 parking tickets. Messaged Josh and received no response. Potential lodgers please be aware.

A fantastic stay! The rooms were bright, and the location was ideal. Parking was an added bonus. The host was excellent and incredibly helpful, making our experience even better. Highly recommended!
