Stylish Central York Apartment Free Parking & Gym

Excellent location, walking distance to local supermarket, shops, takeaway, town centre & everything else we needed for a great day in York, no need to use our car which was great, the weather was perfect which helped! Family with 3 kids so this location worked really well for us. Arrival instructions were very clear and the apartment was clean and well equipped. Host was very responsive and courteous with messages and checked in by email during our stay which was helpful.

It was great but would have been even better with a proper camp bed/full sized sofa bed. We travelled as a group of 5 (2 adults 3 children) and effectively had 4 beds and a small sofa bed. We made it work as youngest child is 7 but we would have struggled to use the current sofa bed for an older child or adult as it's small and not very comfortable (small enough for us to move the sofa bed into the bedroom so we made it work). Curtains or blinds in the living area would be needed if being used as an extra sleeping area as it's partly overlooked so not really suitable for sleeping in right now. Black out curtains in the bedrooms would be a great addition as the outdoor security lights are on all night and the rooms don't get fully dark (everyone else slept well mind you) and beds were comfy.

Everything. I love how accessible it all was, we found the building easily, the instructions were clear. Nice quick walk into York but also got a selection of supermarkets around you. The apartment has everything you need and very clean! The beds were huge and comfy as well. Very happy with our stay, would definitely book again.

Lovely, clean and modern. Josh, the host was in contact with easy step by step instructions for arrival and stay information. I felt assured that if we did have any issues they would have been solved swiftly. We didn’t have any though! Great location for walking into York city centre.

A wee bit cold until we mastered the radiators. Curtain in lounge could make it cosier.

The apartment location is fantastic, 10 minutes walk out of York City centre, across the road from a Costa and 2mins to an Asda that's open late as well if you're wanting some self-catering. Apartment was clean, tidy and the owner was really easy to liaise with about any concerns we had and happy to receive feedback and suggestions about the apartment whilst we were there so other guests are able to have an even better stay.

There needs to be some more cutlery and some cleaning cloths to wash up with, which we advised owner and he is sorting.
