Location was great for the RSC Theatre; room was well appointed and had all the facilities we expected; staff at breakfast and in reception were friendly and welcoming

Courtyard was off limits at peak times; staff in the evening were polite but not customer oriented.

Everything! Gorgeous building. Very friendly staff. Location couldn’t be better. Breakfast was lovely too. Staff went the extra mile for a special birthday.

Really friendly and welcoming staff, who were brilliantly helpful when we encountered an issue (nothing to do with the hotel). Room, restaurant and location excellent.
