"Nice hotel with friendly staff but a few niggles"

A nice central location with easy access to town centre. Staff were very courteous. Breakfast good.

Room was nice but too much furniture making it feel cramped to move around. High step up into bath to have a shower. Outrageous service charge put on our bill! Should have been told about the token you need to get out of car park.

"Too expensive for what you get"

Location, car parking as difficult to park in the town.

The room and the dining area are all very tired looking. The bedroom (Cherry) really needed painting and updating, things like missing tiles in the bathroom, plug chain missing just generally needs a revamp and was overpriced due to this.
