Location and car parking excellent. Staff very friendly bed comfortable.

Breakfast , continental normally includes cheese and cold meats. Rooms and furniture tired need updating. For us the thing spoilt it was the fire alarm going off accidentally at 3.30 am , we understand this has happened recently to other guests. No compensation offered for a broken nights sleep. We then could not get back to sleep , concerned in case there was a fire

Great location, excellent parking facility.

The EV chargers weren't working, and the hotel didn't see fit to let us know beforehand about this. And there was a function going on when we arrived which prevented us getting a quick coffee/light lunch ahead of the RSC matinee across the road.

Additional service charge added on when you checkout (which you can remove) but I feel it shouldn’t be added on automatically
