Location and nice people working there with a great breakfast

A lot of areas are looked tired and in need of some refurbishment particularly the rooms and some of the public areas and outside the building.

Location was fab.

Breakfast was awful. Bathroom and bedroom was unclean and also needing redec. Wasn't told that carpark was £10 until check out. Booking.com says it's free

Location, location, location. Great value for such a central location with easy parking.

Liked almost everything. Maybe furniture in the rooms needs to be upgraded/updated. But no complaints.
