The Arden Hotel Stratford - Eden Hotel Collection

Staff friendly and lovely nothing too much trouble, the room was very comfortable and a huge bed was great, all the amenities in the room was lovely with tea and coffee making stuff in the room replenished every day, food was excellent,couldn't fault it all staff were very attentive lovely hotel indeed thoroughly recommend it as the location is paramount to being able to walk everywhere. Being opposite to the RSC theatre is a bonus along with it's own hotel car park ..

Sorry but personally couldn't see the point of having a dvd player in the room, unless I'm missing the point ? Otherwise there was nothing we disliked at all..

Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff Great breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options

The location was perfect. Right next to the RS Theatre, the river and the town centre. On site parking, only £10 for 3 days. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was huge and very tasty, it really sets you up for the day. Beds were large and comfortable. There were beautiful flowers all around. See photo below.

Having to end our stay and go back home.😄

We were presented with an invoice which includes a service charge we knew nothing about. Neither the hotel or Booking.com informed us of this charge. The final bill was presented as final and there was no mention on the invoice of this service charge being optional. Apparently we should have received notice on arrival of this charge (ambush tactic) by way of a leaflet. We did not receive such. We otherwise had a memorable stay and despite the unforseen and unknown service charge I would yet recommend this hotel.
