The key wouldn't open the apartment door. I sent a message via WhatsApp and Booking.com, and they told me they had mistakenly sent the wrong apartment number. So, we went through several doors and long corridors until we finally found the right apartment. The check-in and check-out instructions are very confusing; it seems they weren't done by a professional. The towels and sheets are hanging in the living room with an unpleasant smell. The sofa and tablecloth have stains and look dirty, leading me to believe that the other items in the apartment are also dirty. The Nespresso machine wasn't working. The refrigerator wasn't on the floor, so it was almost impossible to reach the freezer. The shower drain wasn't good enough to drain the water properly, and the bathroom stayed wet. There were some strange items in the apartment, like a lot of nail polish. It wasn’t a pleasant stay and I do not recommend it.

Sentral beliggenhet, god seng. Hyggelig sted med en del mangler.

Tørkestativ med våte sengeklær og håndklær står i stua, ikke hyggelig å komme inn til! Sur lukt av håndklærne vi fikk til bruk. Måtte bruke kofferten til sofabord da det manglet. Sofaen trenger en vask. Veldig varmt å sove på hemsen. Måtte ringe for å få koden til å hente nøkkelen.
