Picking up the keys from the 24 hour Joker store 1 min from the apartment was simple, flexible and secure. The apartment is extremely well designed with excellent use of space. The excellent bed is on a mezzanine with good storage and hanging space upstairs. There's also good hanging space near the entrance. The stairs are very solid and not too steep. Very well equipped full kitchen with salt, sugar, baking paper, cling film and a great array of glasses, plates, bowls etc. Excellent couch and TV with Amazon Prime. Good light and quality windows for some fresh air. Nice and warm apartment. Excellent bathroom with a good amount of toilet paper, bath soap and shampoo supplied. Very well built, secure and quiet apartment located 5 mins to the station, Coop supermarket and the tram at the front door.

Take a sleeping mask as it's a little bit light at night for sleeping.

The apartment was located in a great area. Check in was so easy. Very comfortable.

We had no complaints on anything about the apartment.

The property is very central but I never had any issues sleeping due to noise. The building is lovely with a beautiful black marble staircase between floors. The apartment has a very high ceiling which makes it very suitable for a studio. The shower is perfect with a lovely design and great pressure. The train station is 5 minutes away on foot so you could conceivably be from the door to the airport in 30 minutes if you needed.

I encountered one issue when checking in, there are two fobs on the keyring. One black and one green. It is clearly stated on the welcome message to use the Green one but I didn’t read that in enough detail so if you find yourself with a fob issue. Check you’re using the Green one. I didn’t have further issues after I read the message properly.

It’s a very nice apt near train station and city centre. The heated floor in bathroom, house slippers and modern decor were great features.

There was a nespresso machine but no coffee pods. Sure we could have bought some but they only come in large packages and nowhere else had that kind of coffee maker. This was our most expensive rental in Norway. Also, the complicated instructions for getting key/fob was not provided in advance. To dispose of garbage is also a complicated process where you have a series of doors and floors to navigate- the instructions were handwritten and not easy to follow. Also, no instructions for tv and unable to adjust view which only displayed sideways.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic central location - we could walk everywhere. It’s really nicely styled and felt very homey, and has everything you could need for a short stay. Very clever use of space in the loft style, with a full bathroom and kitchen and comfy bed. The host was lovely and very accommodating to our requests which we really appreciated!

As others mentioned is quite warm if the temperature is hot outside (it’s well insulated!), but we were fine with opening the windows during the day to let some air in, and then using the fan at night. The window glazing blocks the street noise very well when the windows are closed.

Good use of space and well done, great to have a washing machine.

We were there when it was unusually hot. When the windows were open the street was very noisy during the night.
