1 bedroom flat with easy parking/public transport

Casa arredata bene, molto carina e funzionale. Forno a microonde e lavatrice. Pulizia molto buona. Parcheggio gratuito in strada.

Zona un po' periferica e complesso residenziale da rinnovare.

Muy bien equipado, cocina muy bien proveída para un apartamento en cuanto a comida (aceite,sal…)

The flat is ideally located to get into and out of town on the buses and parking is not an issue.

A bin had hair and rubbish in it when it could easily have been emptied. The pillows on the bed were poor quality and the pillow protectors and the duvet were soiled and marked. The flat was surrounded by noisy neighbours shouting and clattering furniture / doors constantly and the noise from the traffic meant both nights were sleepless.

Buses run well, which is important since the apartment is not right in the city center. There are shops and takeaway places nearby.

The toilet seat is so loose that you almost fall off when sitting down. The sound insulation of the windows and door is so poor that traffic noise from the nearby avenue is clearly audible and disturbing inside. Previous tenants have scratched the non-stick coating of the frying pan beyond use. Due to the weight of the bed, the area underneath has not been cleaned, and some dust and leftover debris from previous guests remain. The streets in the neighborhood were littered.

The location was perfect for our stay, you are just a 5 mins walk to local Tesco express / Greggs, pubs and places to eat not to far also, 10 to 15 mins walk to train station as well which is not bad, Ohhh and before i forget x 2 tunnocks tea cakes by the kettle, lovely touch.

Nothing, the only thing I would mention is the toilet seat was a little loose on arrival and the shower screen does not seem to be big enough for the bath as you end up with a small pool of water on the floor after a shower but these are easy fixes not really an issue for me, would not stop me from booking the flat in the future that's for sure, great little find.

Everything, spacious area, great table & chairs to eat at. The kitchen had all we needed. Shower excellent & bathroom, perfect. Bedroom lovely bed clean & comfortable.

Will benefit from a darker blind in the bedroom.
