1 bedroom flat with easy parking/public transport

Neli was really responsive and accommodating! Flat had everything we needed for a nights stay. Location was great with a lovely cafe on the road opposite. If I’m ever in Dundee would definitely look to rebook :)

Flat was immaculate and well furnished. Communication with host was great, didn't need anything but knew where to go if I did. Bustop just outside, good access.

The entrance to the flat wasn't the most inviting.

The flat is very comfortable & cosy with everything you need. I loved the homely touches, especially the complimentary tea & coffee & toiletries (bonus). The bed is probably one of the comfiest I've slept in! Neli (the owner) is a lovely lady. She went above & beyond to make us welcome. The flat is ideally located.. the bus stop is just 2 minutes walk across the road.. perfect. I will definitely be recommending this property to all my family & friends should they ever need accommodation in Dundee 100%!! Thank you Neli for everything.

The exterior isn't very inviting & could do with a bit of a revamp, however I appreciate the flats are communal so this isn't something that can be easily improved by one person.

The access to the property is indeed through the back, which seemed to bother some people (previous reviews), however I really don't see why. Easy to park on the street, and most importantly - FREE. Once you open the door, the apartment is an absolute credit to its owners. Very well done, with a good size living room, also a great bathroom, with a bath, which was great to see and enjoy a hot bath after a long day. Kitchen is suitable and managed to cook dinner there as there was a Tesco right around the corner. The bedroom was great and very comfortable too. This is a place that I could easily see myself living as a single person or even as a couple. When you see that, you know you're on to a winner. Some people mentioned there was no milk, which again for me, personally, isn't an issue as I'm a coffee drinker and don't put milk on anything. Anyway, there's a Tesco right around the corner. Definitely a place to go on to my favourites and one to go back to once I'm in the area.

Good communication for key and access . Good location, Tesco express very near. Although we didn't use the bus , there appears to be bus routes outside flat. Comfortable, clean with all the things we needed . Would stay here again .

Flickering light in the living room . Shower on/off - stiff to use.

Good value for the money. Good location with a restaurant and a Tesco Express nearby. Beds were comfy, Plenty of hot water (once we figured out the water hater.) Nice to have free Wifi. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate were also a nice touch. There was a booklet with some instructions and emergency info.

There were instructions to turn on the water heater in the kitchen, which we managed without too much trouble. However, there is also a programmable thermostat in the hallway. I presume it was already pre-programmed when we arrived. There were no instructions for the thermostat and we did have some trouble turning up the heat. Sometimes we could get the radiators to warm up and other times we could not. Because we were there in October and the weather was good, it was not much of an issue, but it would be if it was any colder outside! Some instructions regarding the thermostat would be a good idea. Also, people should know this suite is on the third floor, and you have to walk up 2 flights of an outdoor, spiral staircase to get to it. You can't see #10 suite from the street as you must go through a little alleyway to the back of the building where there were several suites with #10 (10A. 10B, 10C) Luckily, only one had a lock box beside the door. I do not remember seeing any info regarding how to actually find the suite, and that stairs were involved. It would be good to include that information as well.
