Lovely cosy and clean property

La casa è davvero accogliente e comoda. Arredata con stile, sembra davvero di essere a casa propria. Le stanze da letto molto luminose e comode; in particolare una delle due camere matrimoniali davvero ampia. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro della città ; delizioso il camminamento pedonale per arrivare in centro che passa accanto al fiume. Vicino all'abitazione ci sono supermercati e altri servizi utili.

Purtroppo vicino la casa c'è una ferrovia e a volte i treni passano anche di notte. Io non ho avuto problemi a dormire ma un amico ha avuto difficoltà

Train line behind the house very loud and traffic noise at front. Very basic not much comfort. Tatty garden. TV didnt pick up internet at all so no tv. Kitchen basic and fridge unsafe on top of freezer (nearly fell on floor) Whole place feels unloved and needs a refurbishment. Quite cold.

Easy self check-in, helpful host, everything we needed, perfect for an overnight stay for an event we were attending. Easy walking distance to town centre.

Location was good and central to local town and park all within walking distance. Host is very friendly and communicates promptly with clear instructions and recommendations on where to visit.

Check in time on booking was 3pm but was told by the host it was 5pm. Also is by a busy road and train line so not that quiet.

Location was great for us, a short walk to town centre. Beautiful apartment and just perfect for the 5 of us.

There were clear instructions for recycling but only rubbish bin in the kitchen. It would be easier to recycle if there were multiple bins.

Well located, clean, spacious, responsive and helpful host

There was a pressure issue running the taps in the upstairs bathroom. Taps still worked just quite loud every time they were used

The house was cold and damp and the downstairs smelled of mildew so we could not spend time in the drawing rooms. The faucet in the bathroom made noise when we turned it like something was wrong with the plumbing.

Lovely spacious house containig everything you would need for a comfortable stay, and situated in a quiet little cul de sac . We loved the short 5minute river walk which was practically next door, this short walk took us straight into the town centre , where there were an abundance of lovely shops.
