"Well positioned property but looks and feels a bit tired."

The location was good, we liked the small courtyard outside of the door, sunny and private. Quiet area. The property was well designed, thought had gone into making sure that everything you needed was provided

Definite smell as you entered due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom, there was an extractor fan but really needed a window too. Bed and sofa really needs replacing. Lots of marks on cover of sofa and side of bed marked. Cups stained inside could be sorted by bleaching them between clients.

The area and house was absolutely beautiful with a stunning garden. Easy access into StAndrews either by walking,public transport or by car. We will definitely use this property again!
