Garden Studio Apartment St Andrews - Free Parking

The studio was absolutely spotless. Towels and bedding were soft and cosy. The kitchen was small but everything was provided for, and for the price we paid for a two night stay I'd say it was very much value for money.

Had all we needed for a short stay of 3 nights, nicely furnished. An easy walk of 20 minutes into the centre of St Andrews but also a bus available and a very pleasant woodland walk of 30 minutes alongside a stream.

The bedroom was tight for space so could not fit bedside table.

Perfect for a short getaway, convenient location to walk into town

A tea towel might be a useful addition to consider but kitchen towel did the job

Great location. clean comfortable. good parking. lovely patio.

slight smell of mold which was not pleasant. needs better coffee facilities. please provide a French press so guests can make a proper cup of coffee. please provide non- slip mats under the scatter rugs— very hazardous. these notes are for the host only. we really enjoyed this place- and will stay again. this is how to go from very nice to excellent.

A little further away from Central St Andrews than I had anticipated given I know the town quite well. I therefore wonder if Air B&B assessment of distance is on the basis of “as the crow flies” as opposed to walking or driving. Just a thought?

It had everything I needed for the short stay including hairdryer, mini ironing board, plates, mugs, fridge, hot plate etc. Made things very easy - thank you! Easy to access the property, and owner very communicative, which was helpful. Parking good.

Location was a bit further from the city centre than I anticipated, but it was fine as I had a car. I also couldn't turn off the towel rail which was a bit hot to sleep close to.
