Location is good

The other guests were very noisy throughout the night. I phoned the manager on duty at 01.15 to complain. He was not able to quiet them down. We left at 05.00 the morning - not having slept at all. It was the worst stayover experience we have ever had. I also spoke to the manager on duty the next day - and made the point that it would have been so much better if they advised us beforehand that they have guests that will be celebrating late into the night - then we could have made alternative arrangements. I have also asked her to raise my complaint with the owner. I had no feedback.

Tolle Lage in der bekannten, historischen Church Street. Sehr schönes Interieur. Man fühlt sich wie in einem schönen Film. Sehr netter und witziger Gastgeber.
