Four Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms up to Nine People

It was clean family house.

No living area for dining. Microwave not working. Suggestions- to get new pots and pans if possible. Kettle and oven rusty. No place or hooks to hang jackets, towels. Suggestions- small site tables or small cupboard in rooms could be better. Double bedroom beds were really cranky/noisy and unable to sleep comfortably. One mirror upstairs nearly fall off..not monted properly.

We didn’t even stay in the property as he doubled booked us! Scammed us of our money. Property was dirty. Been trying to resolve with booking.com who have been even more awful with communication. Do not book this house.

Nothing

Everything. The property is literally a squat. No dining facilities despite them being advertised in the description. Man hole covers by the car park space are dangerous, I dropped my keys in a pile of sewerage. There is no lock inside the property. No exit at the back. No fire signs. Upstairs the only exit is through the back bedroom window. Having looked out this window on arrival I discovered 3 large dogs in the back yard who were barking at us. Did not feel safe at any point. A group of 3 women and 3 young girls. I left the property within half an hour of arrival and booked into a premier inn (which despite the owner telling me this property was budget, the Premier inn was actually cheaper). Owner did not offer any refund on my stay. Avoid at all costs and certainly do not go if you have a young family.

Good beds with sound proof and parking area Drainage hole cover fixed

Ash was great with communication, check in time etc

Nothing bad maybe a living room would’ve been nice.

Secure lock, several bedrooms, 2 bathroom (upstair and downstair)
