I like that the property is everything you see and it is really secluded

It was nothing I didn’t like

It was quite, nice historical district, close to downtown and beautiful apartment.

They have everything one should need to stay. Very comfortable and quiet.

The parking was hard to get out of. However it is gated and really only for small cars as they state. If the larger vehicles follow directions and park in the rear, then there’s no issue with it.

It was gated/felt safe.

Glade plug-ins and scented candles are irritating to some people…. in the case of perfumes, less (none) is better. I had to unplug all that stuff and open the windows for several hours just to sleep in there.

Beautiful and spacious the little extras

Not as central as we thought but as described

We are currently on a road trip around the South of America and this has by far been our favourite place to stay. The owner has thought of everything. So many lighting options in the room. Very very spacious living space. The shower is powerful and incredible. Make up area with great lighting was a particular favourite addition for me, and also being able to watch netflix on a huge tv was lovely. The communication from the owner was perfect too and the option to scan a QR code to confirm once checked out was handy. Plus the guitar on the wall was a brilliant quirk.

Walking into central memphis is a 20 minute walk which was fine but some of the walk past the bridge intersection didn't feel the safest late at night.

It has EVERYTHING!!! very cozy and comfortable. It's cute, it's right in the middle of the best attractions, and they provide a lot. beds are clean and soft. nice, high quality studio apartment.
