The Moose at Memphis Downtown & Victorian Village

Very homey, comfortable, clean, and cozy.

Apartment was cold

The room was nice with good facilities

The bed was hard and not comfortable and heard upstairs walking around all night

The staff was very helpful when we had an issue with the people above us having a party or at least loud music with a good amount of people there. They very quickly moved us to another room which was a really great and a comfortable room (suite 4), we loved that room, we would stay in that one again but l wouldn't stay in the one we booked here. Somehow the upstairs noise was very loud in that one, it sounded very loud when the people above us walked too (beyond just the party), and I was so glad we could move. The new room wasn't nearly as loud when the people above us walked. Area feels safe and it's nice to have gated parking.

The AC/heating seems to not be working properly in that room. It makes a strange noise and wasn't very warm. Loud noise upstairs always as mentioned above (might have just been the people but seemed much louder in this room than another room).

Ventilator in bathroom absent I would look into adding it

The place was nice, really comfortable and clean. There was everything we needed, specially for the kitchen, fully equipped. There was even a guitar for guests! The location was perfect for a walk downtown. Recommended.

the moose has absolutely everything you need for a cozy stay, I will stay again when visiting Memphis

I got a message to park my truck in back yet a Yukon and an f150 used the front gated lot, didn't like to be excluded from the gated parking
