"Poor"

The host asked for ÂŁ250 deposit after the booking was made through booking.com via what'sapp, he then only returned ÂŁ200 and stated there is an additional ÂŁ50 charge for using the hot tub, even though it is advertised as coming part of the stay

"Lovely house and friendly host communicated well will definitely stay again!"

Location was good, felt nice and private. House was spacious and roomy for all of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Host was great and contacted us with everything we needed with clear instructions. Will definitely book again.

Outside driveway/side of house needed cleaning up. Few broken tiles in house which host mentioned and some plugs weren’t working. Some mattresses were too firm but overall it was a lovely relaxing stay.

"Ability to be good but a bad experience"

Stylish outside and closing gates. Met with keys no issues

House stank of drugs. Potentially previous tenant but was very fresh. Couldn't get rid of smell and was on work trip so clothes stank of it. Gave us both a sore head. Half of hot tub didn't work. Place hadn't been cleaned properly. Ability to be good.

"Excellent stay, great location and great host."

Great location for central Birmingham. Property had all we needed for a stay and hot tub was a treat. Host was exceptional, best communications we’ve experienced and very helpful and fast when had a question.

Like another review said, might be a tired sofa, but wasn’t really a problem.
