Modern 4 Bedroom Stylish Villa with out-door Hot Tub

Beautiful modern house and added bonus with amazing hot tub great helpful friendly host Muhammad who very kindly left flowers and chocolates for Xmas as we stayed for xmas which was much appreciated and a very kind gesture great communication from him had the best Xmas in this Beautiful house in a great secure location thoroughly enjoyed by whole family would highly recommend and definitely will look at returning in the future 😀 very comfortable beds too again a bonus 😀

We had an amazing stay here visiting family, house was warm and cosy on arrival. Amazing communication from owner. Rooms are so big and comfortable aswel. Fab all round

This is a lovely family friendly property, enjoyed our stay any problem we had were dealt with within 5min.

Set away from the road and secure with the electric gates. It was spacious and homely and the hot tub was great. Large enough for 7 people. The host was very helpful via messages. Overall it was a great weekend for my daughter’s birthday.

There were only 6 glasses. Some parts in the kitchen weren’t clean such as the oven , glasses, plates and cutlery. The floor underneath the sofas were full of thick dirt and rubbish left such as a lighter. The hot tub was half open when we arrived so it wasn’t as hot as it should have been plus it was stormy. We did get full use of it the following evening as we made sure it was all covered to keep the heat in.

Wonderful house. Excellent location for visiting Birmingham, lovely spacious,well-equipped,modern house. Secure location with plenty of parking available. The hot tub is s real bonus.Mohammed was very helpful and available throughout our stay in case of need. We would recommend and hope very much to return.

Spacious, nice hot tub, accessible by train to Birmingham centre and near nice canal walks.

Sign outside not working properly, chipped floors, dirty skirting boards and behind bedside tables, cupboards etc. Needs more attention to detail, could be an excellent property.
