Superb location! Could see the cable cars from our window. Central spot in old town so everything you could possibly need is a short walk away. Fantastic sound proofing too so you still get a restful nights sleep. Host was wonderful and super accommodating too

"Sehr gute, lebhafte Lage mit mehreren Mängeln bezüglich Sauberkeit"

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super und liegt direkt gegenüber der Gondelstation. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation war sehr gut. Es waren viele Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt worden.

Die Unterkunft ist aufgrund der Lage an einer Straße und in direkter Nachbarschaft zu mehreren Restaurants etwas laut. Zudem war die Wohnung in verschiedenen Bereichen nicht richtig sauber. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung war nicht für zwei Personen ausgelegt (z. B. nur ein Weinglas, ein normales Glas). Im Treppenhaus hat es sehr stark unangenehm gerochen und das obere Licht funktionierte nicht, sodass man bei Dunkelheit nichts sehen konnte und man bei Unachtsamkeit die Treppen hinunterstürzen hätte können.

"Ótima estadia, ótimo anfitrião"

Ótima localização, zona histórica e mesmo junto ao canto da avenida marginal e teleférico.

Por agora, não tem ar condicionado. Alguma maquinaria produz algumas vibrações/ruído de fundo na estrutura do prédio (poderá ser da torre do teleférico talvez)

"Funchal central apartment"

I loved being so close to everything. The apartment had everything I needed for a few days. For one person it was very adequate I was there for the European athletics. It was great being so central as an easy walk for the team bus The host Marco was excellent, responding to any queries I had immediately and a very easy check in system.

It was very dark unless the shutters were wide open although I couldn't open the kitchen one without standing on a chair. It would have been nice to have a bedside lamp. If 2 people were staying a couple more mugs and glasses would be welcome but for me on my own it was fine. It was very noisy at night with people, music and motorbikes. I had to sleep with the windows shut to dim the noise.
