great location in the old town, option of self checking was very helpful

a bit noisy at night, small windows make the room feel very dark even at daytime. the view is hidden with trolley support construction

The host Marco was amazing on call whenever we needed him. He was in contact the day before we arrived to let us know how he would arrange access...when sending us explicit details they were clear and really helpful. During the second day we accidently shut our keys in the studio door! Marco came to us straight away even though it was early evening and got us back in with good humour... and without making g us feel idiotic!!.... finally when we needed to leave our cases somewhere before taxi pickup on our departure he arranged for us to have the studios until pick up. The studios met all our needs ..the bed was comfortable the location was brilliant being on the edge of the old town it was clean and private.
