Good location, all worked, all clean!

Overall comfort place , with all the facilities as stated. Excellent location. Slightly noisy but we didn’t mind.

Stairs and light in the corridor will help when entering the room .

Excellent location. The apartment was perfect and Marco was very helpful. Nespresso, washer and dryer were a plus! Although in the middle of a rather touristy area, it was very quiet… good windows! (But then again, being rainy and in low tourist season helped). Strongly recommend… and I will certainly return to the same spot!

Washing machine, location near bus station, teleferico, responsive host, lots of condiments.

Crockery and cutlery are not a set, two saucepans leak at the handle solder, shower head is wth grime needs replacing. These things need replacing and fixing in order to be a professional rented holiday property.

The location is amazing! It's a two-minute walk from the Cable car and right next to the street with all the cute little restaurants and bars in the old town. The host was very nice and our communication was clear. I especially loved that there was a washing machine and a hair dryer in the property. The room was spacious. Overall it's a good value for the money!

The shower definitely needs a deep clean (that was my biggest issue). The bed was not comfortable (hard springs). Kitchen appliances need a little love too :) (e.g. fridge). It can get a little noisy but that's normal given the location - just keep that in mind, if you're a light sleeper. Also, accessibility could be tricky due to high and narrow steps.

Perfect location for me for eating, transportation, and activities. Within a block of the Carnaval parade! Room and bed very comfortable. Many kitchen amenities! Great communications with and from the host Marco. Washing machine in apartment. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Overall strongly recommend especially for a single traveler.

Nothing that would keep me from staying here again!

Location was great, a short walk from the cable car and bus station to any direction. The hosy was very kind and helpful with tips and safety advice of the area.

The bed was totally not comfortable, we can feel the spring irons. Bathroom was clean, but outdated and the shower needs some thorough scrubbing. Installing a fan would be helpful for the smell. The worst of all was the noise coming from the water pump in the basement. It went kn and on until 10:30 pm while we wanted to sleep!!

We loved the location - in the old town, close to the beach, under the cable car (but this was not a problem, didn't know it was there unless we looked out the window!)

It could be noisy at night with traffic on the cobbled streets, the double glazing really helps this, but can make the room pretty stuffy with no air con. We felt the property was smaller than the pictures on booking.com!
