Bellissima casa con ogni tipo di comfort e accessorio. Parcheggio di fronte a casa . Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro in 10 minuti a piedi e anche per visitare la Cornovaglia. Host super disponibile ed attento ad ogni esigenza. Diciamo la casa perfetta per soggiornare a Saint Ives

"Amazing"

Location of the house was amazing, just out of the town but not too far that it was difficult to get to the beach. The house was beautiful and gave us everything we needed including space to chill for the day when we didn’t feel like doing anything. Communication from Rohan was fantastic and very informative and helpful.

The sat nav took us around the back of the house and we ended up driving up and down the main road a few times until we met a nice local who helped. Rohan’s instructions on how to get to the property and the pictures were really helpful though.

"Comfortable and convenient home from home."

Everything at the property was high quality and the location was extremely convenient. There was a lovely garden and parking space. The host was very attentive and gave us lots of information. Highly recommended.

The property was up a short distance up a hill from the town centre which was no problem for us but might impact a person with mobility issues. That would be true of St Ives generally.

I highly recommend this property for your visit to St Ives. This place instantly felt like home when we walked in. It was immaculately clean and the attention to detail in all the finishes is impeccable. This property was clearly refurbished for the owners family to enjoy and is not the typical holiday home rental. The host provided detailed info about the property, town and surrounds and was quick to respond to any messages. The location is a short walk from the harbour area and close to a small co-op shop that has everything you need. There are two car spaces to use which is needed so you don’t have to pay for parking. If you are headed to the area this property is a must book, I couldn’t recommend it more!!!

The location was perfect about a ten minute walk to the harbour..on a private drive with its own parking and off a quiet side street.
