The room that we are in (room5), I was not happy at all ,it was not clean... I had to top up the money to get a better one.

The room wasn't entirely clean, bed wasn't comfortable, towels were old, they didn't keep to what they advertised... We didn't have toiletries n coffee maker, asked for it tea bags came held with just hands n not covered. Cups were not too clean. They never gave us a key to our room so whenever we left it was unlocked with our stuff that wasn't assuring, I'd suggest they give each a gate remote for the period of our stay. Waiting outside at night for the gate to be opened risked our safety. The stuff is very kind well but the facilities to our room ha.a we paid for deco n we did not receive what we paid for. Was told only when we arrived that the colors we asked for they don't have anymore, that the cake design we requested then do not offer it anymore due to pricing all that was only disclosed when we got to the venue. M not sure if it's the manager or what, but that guy is impatient with a very unkind tone that makes you not want to ask for assistance again even if you need it. We didn't even have iron or hairdryer haibo issa lot. The place outside looks very enticing the design n the fish pond really did the things. We had beautiful pictures taken there.

The jacuzzi is not working properly,the floor was wet and no mop provided to wipe the floor we wet using towels

The gave us the room next to the employees room, am not complaining but there was noise, smoking next to our room during the night we were not comfortable this is wat I don’t like about that place
