Very friendly staff always happy and helpful the hotel itself had unique boutique decor

I was locked out with no way to contact the front office to let me in, luckily I had a friend right close to the hotel that was able to call them. It did take a few attempts before they even opened the gate. I didn't like the fact my shower stayed cold but the staff were very helpful to resolve the issue

"The good & bad"

The room was amazing and comfortable with the hot tub, and 1 of the workers service was really good.

I didn't like the way the white guy treated us, I'm not sure if his the manager or what but I didn't want to cause conflict with me beacuse it wasn't worth it but either way I enjoyed myself.
