Nothing went well at all. Power was off most of the time, water pressure was poor, due to power tripping, the network was poor and the Wi-Fi and smart TV were not reliable, we had to bath with cold water due to power tripping. the room was not clean on the floor, the bath was not cleaned. The toilet window is linked to the kitchen. When you open it, the smell goes to the kitchen. The breakfast was cold. I suggest the property need to upgrade their power to a reliable 3 phase supply(80 Amps). They were fully booked and when we use the power simultaneously, it was struggling.

Nothing the receptionist had bad attitude

Liked the location it was in and friendly manager.

I didn’t like that the don’t show pictures of the budget room, and when I saw it after I paid it was so dirty and not well looked after, terrible bed and room is even placed outside of the main building you feel abandoned. So I decided to upgrade my room to a standard room, it was better but still dirty under the bed, when I wanted to warm up my food staff was not too friendly about assisting, they as you to wait outside which if weird since it’s my food what if I don’t trust so much. Anyways, the Air-con was not even working. Never returning to this place I’m sorry. Ohhh and their food is soon over priced.
