Spacious Well Located 2BR Apartment in SeaPoint

Everything about the apartment, communication and location...thank you.

We need parking area.

The apartment was bright and airy with plenty of space. We only thought there was one bathroom, so to get 2 was great. Everything was very clean and presentable. The apartment was in a prime location and surprisingly quiet seeing as it was in a block of apartments. We had everything we needed in order to cook, do laundry and entertain ourselves. Plenty of spaces for clothes and suitcases. Even had a small balcony to chill out in the evenings.

We were not aware that you needed a QR code to get into the accommodation which we did not have when we arrived. The host sorted this very quickly, but had we been able to print it out beforehand, we would not have had an issue when our phone died and we had to wait for someone to let us in. It got quiet chilly at night and there was no heating in the apartment, but then we found a couple of heaters in the cupboards and was fine after that. None of the above would stop us from staying again.

The property is located in a great location, super close to cafes, restaurants, shops, the promenade - all within walking distance. The property was very clean upon arrival and quite secure. The hosts communicated well in advance regarding instructions.

The location provided was not correct and I struggled to get in touch with the hosts upon arrival. They did eventually apologise and tired to remediate the inconvenience which I appreciated. Important to note there are no elevators and travelers would need to carry their luggage up the stairs.

1. Die Duschkabinen laufen aus, daher wird das Bad nie richtig trocken und stinkt entsprechend. 2. Die Earth Leakage ist mehrmals taeglich rausgesprungen. Das waere nicht das Hauptproblem, aber die Sicherung ist 15cm von der Decke. 3. Die Fenster koennten mal geputzt werden.

Great location near Sea Point Promenade. Close to a variety of shops and eating places. Clean and comfortable.

My husband wanted to watch soccer and was unable to watch dstv and failed to sign in online on the tv, it’s like the code was being sent to the host.Its maybe better to have it signed in already.
