Kumarakom Tharavadu - A Heritage Hotel, Kumarakom By Perfect Stays

Being a heritage hotel it had feel of the tradition and culture of the place. The food was absolutely amazing and chef Revi made amazing food with some local fish dishes like "currymeen". The manager of the property Mr. Soji was very cooperative and made us feel at home. Absolutely amazing experience.

The ambience, the cleanliness

It was so calm. It would be great if there was some activity for the guests like an open theatre, etc ... The pool was closed at 7 pm, which was so early. At least for older people's the pool should be kept open. Children can be avoided after 7 pm. There were no soaps and toothpaste. Kindly include them in the rom service.

Beautiful heritage hotel, with rooms overlooking a lovely pool. Staff are a bit lacking at times, and we didn't appreciate being woken at 7:30 by the security guard asking for a tip ! The restaurant was closed on our first night but no alternative eateries were suggested. Those minus points aside, we would definitely stay again because it was such a beautiful place and , for the most part, peaceful. Note to management: the serene ambience of the place is one of its highlights. Please don't allow noisy families with screaming children to disrupt this.

I would like to say about the location, it's really good for getting access to other locations.

It's was really bad experience for me on the base of money value and customer service. Especially the front of staff. Not sure about his name, but he was not even smiling and treat like we he doing charity
