Central Margate house with sauna & private garden

We liked the set up of the property. It was really clean and well looked after. Daughter loved the idea of the whirlpool bath but we couldnt get this to turn on. Sauna is a great touch - we didnt use it as weather so hot but can imagine its well used in the winter

There was no information about the steps outside the property or the steepness of the stairs inside. I had my parents with us, both who have mobility issues so access wasnt easy at all for them plus using a walker, the location right on the corner of the road was difficult to navigate due to the road being so busy. I think more needs to be shared about the location as the traffic is constant and noisy, more so with sirens all weekend! There was alot of rubbish on the floor and overflowing bins outside when we arrived on monday that smelt really bad by wednesday. There was also a kitchen cupboard door hanging on by one set of screws so we made sure not to open that.

Lovely house with great period features. Heating worked well as it was a chilly few days. Sauna an added bonus. Love the proximity to the beach. Host promptly sorted the complete electricity outage on Christmas morning.

Cooking facilities poor, especially for a three bedroom house at Christmas. Couldn't use the jacuzzi or the shower in the main bathroom due to leakages ++. Thankfully there was no-one renting the lower flat and the host allowed us to use that bathroom.

Beautiful property with gorgeous rooms and character. Nice big bedrooms and bathroom. Good location for town. Property was clean and felt welcoming. We didn't use the sauna but would have loved to if we'd have more time.

The door code was really tricky, had to give it several attempts to get in. Also, not a huge deal but I couldn't find the plug for the bath which was a shame as it looked really inviting! The showers were good though.
