The flat was clean and comfortable Proximity to canal side area and Chinese quarter was good.

Location - quite rough for a family I thought. The recommended NCP car park was ok but the stairwells stank and were filthy. Drug users in the stairwells when I went to pick up the car on check out day. Obvious drug deal from a vehicle outside the car park. This is just 150yds from the flat. Had to pick up the key from a local kebab house. Flat was clean but furniture (coffee tables) were worn. Beds not large doubles as advertised. No bedside table in main room so had to use coffee tables. Not really good enough. £200 was expensive for what we got and I would definitely not recommend the area for families.
