As entering to the building the smell wasn’t pleasant. Hot water wasn’t working - there were directions on how to get the hot water working but due to my medical condition I wasn’t able to turn it on .. it would be nice for future reference to either have the hot water ready or to have someone to physically be ready to assist at anytime. In one of the bathroom the cold water shower was not coming out and the hot water all around the apartment wasn’t hot. It was cold.

Great location, new and nice apartment.

The main toilet only run boling water, since the tap was stuck in the hottest position and was impossible to move it from there so we weren't able to shower there. The sheets were not very clean and there were hair in the bed.

Rooms was spacious

Not hot water or instruction on how to work it. It advertised with a balcony on my confirmation that I didn’t get
