"Very good"

Good location for city centre easy access to the flat, clean and comfortable stay

Unfortunately there was only one hand towel in each bathroom so had to leave the next morning without a shower or freshen up

"Mixed feelings"

The bathroom, kitchen and ensuite were good and the beds comfy. Quiet location and warm.

We were a group of three ladies but we only had two towels! No tea towel either. Disappointing. Communication with those overseeing appartment was also poor. No answer to my reminder about us needing three of everything and storage of our luggage. When I phoned the number given, the impression I got was that the person I was speaking to didn't have a clue what I was on about. The appartment was spacious but soul less and just looked like it needed a coat of paint and some character added to it. No attention to detail

Location

The key collection and drop off staff could be a little more courteous. Our apartment did have a distinct smell of cannabis. A welcome pack of tea / coffee/ milk would be helpful

"Nice facilities and close to city centre."

Close to O2 Academy and short walk to city centre. 2 bathrooms made it ideal for 2 couples sharing.

Only had 2 towels (for 4 people). No dish sponges for washing up - although was washing up liquid. Some stains on bedding but was clean. Could do with some better decor - especially in 2nd bedroom; not even a mirror.

The kitchen and bathrooms and living space was clean. The flat is spacious and close to town.

Felt like a student flat rather than a deluxe apartment....some of the furnishings were damaged, the bedding was tired had stains and the pillows flat. Upon entering the flat it smelt of weed, not happy to stay in this environment with kids. The towels were small. The area is far from nice. Walked home at 6.45pm after dropping my daughter to a concert and walked past 3 homeless blokes scoring drugs from a guy pulled up in his car. Not pleasant just near the flat.

"Superb"

The apartment was clean and very spacious ( (2 bathrooms👍), and it had everything you need if you are staying over a week or if not longer. However, we only stayed one night. I will most definitely stay again:)

One small minor issue was the plughole in the shower, but that's really it.

"Nice but needs some TLC"

Amount of space and general tidiness.

Only 2 towels between 3 people, mould in bathrooms in-between tiles and shower screen. Sofabed was filthy and broken. No bedding for the sofabed.

"Blocked and molded shower areas. Ripoff. Poor customer service by owner and Booking.com"

Location

Shower area in both bathrooms are molded. Furthermore, one shower was totally blocked and the other had only hot boiling water. Fans not working. Owner/manger was informed . He wasn't surprised to hear about the problems in their facilities, which seem to be long standing. He, Jordan, kept delaying and didn't apologise or try to offer help whatsoever. When we texted him that we spent our morning (out of a 2 day stay) unblocking the shower, his answer was "Great!". I reported this to Booking.com customer service and didn't hear back from them. This is a total rip-off and worst experience I ever had with a hotel or with Booking.com. Never again with either of them.
