"Handy and convenient for the purpose of our trip."

The location for the O2 Academy was amazing d Birmingham New Street was fantastic. The property was also very spacious.

The cleanliness, really poor. This needs addressing to carry a LUXURY tag.

The location was good and that was the only thing good about it.

Double booked our room with another group of people, not helpful “staff” when trying to resolve the issue. (I say staff but it was people at a kebab shop and it was very obvious they were not interested) gave us a key to another room then claimed we kept the key for the last room when Infact the other group of people kept the key. Went to another room it was not clean. No fresh towels and tv didn’t work. Didn’t sleep well as the blinds for the room were missing and broken. Beds were horrible. The apartment then made a false claim to booking.com that we made damage to the property.

"Not as advertised, no parking and shabby but good location"

Good location for central Birmingham, comfy beds and warmed up quickly once heaters were on.

Pretty shabby round the edges and arrival code hidden in one of many emails. WiFi wasn’t working, but no answer from calls or messages. Adverts said free parking available, tried to book, told it was a local NCP and I’d have to pay. Pointed out free parking was offered on the advert message to say it would be sorted but messages then erased and no further communication.

No problem with the property nice and all but don’t be fooled they take you deposit and would not give it back over the most dumbest circumstances I’ve not revived my deposit back due to smelling like food after my stay and because someone has apparently left a grinder what I’ve specifically said did not belong to me

This property owner has refused to give me back my you deposit and would not give it back over the most dumbest circumstances I’ve not revived my deposit back due to smelling like food after my stay and because someone has apparently left a grinder what I’ve specifically said did not belong to me I’ve been trying to contact them ever are not replying and trying to avoid meeting in the middle dont bother booking unless you don’t care about receiving your 100 pound deposit back not that I knew a deposit was needed to be payed until after booking this place to stay this has also happened previously to a friend of mine who also has not revived her deposit but when I found I’ve booked the same place to stay it was too late

The location

The property is not a luxury apartment if us far from it,when someone else reviewed it as a university accommodation that is the correct fit to explain what it is, the place looked fine at first when you go in but as the night went on me and my cousin found the stove and some of the utensils were dirty,the bedsheets were dirty but blankets were out in the bed to cover it,holes were in the wall false individual eyelash extensions were in the bed when you pulled the blanket down,and white stains of I can’t even begin to imagine what it could have been,the property is disgusting and if your trying to stay here I’d advise not to because it’s people trying to make a quick buck off you.

"Wouldn’t stay again"

Kitchen and living area was okay

Unfortunately we had a bad experience staying at this property. To start off with when we entered it appeared dirty straight away, then as we checked each bedroom the sheets and pillows were all dirty. So we called them straight away to get it fixed, however we are still to hear anything from them as we expect them to come and get changed. During the phone call I thought they were very unprofessional. Aswell to my expectation there would be no towels to use within the stay. To add on there were hairs and just overall dirt all over the bathroom.
