New Deluxe Birmingham City Centre Apartment 3 Bed

It was close to the venue we were attending

How it can be described as a New Deluxe apartment, we don’t know. Fittings were all basic and tired, with little or no decor to be seen anywhere. Gladly it was spotlessly clean and the bed somewhat comfortable. The indoor corridor from the entrance to the property had a terrible smell, filth and grime mixed with a stench of weed. Very good value for money

Was basic but good for a bed in central Bham

Great location and good size. Beds were comfortable

Deposit instructions were confusing and communication about it was over complicated and frustrating

Location was good

Not clean and very dirty and worn out needs updating and a good deep clean

The location was superb as it was just a short walk to the theatre, beds were comfy and it was surpriseingly quiet.

Instructions that came via email for which apartment it was were incorrect, i had to call the agent for which apartment it was, instead of sending directions with a picture why dont they just put the apartment number which is much simpler, cupboards could do with a clean.

Very well maintained apartment

Half an hour and phone calls to get keys as I was given an incorrect code so couldn’t be given them which was quite distressing, especially after a 3 hour drive for a family funeral the next morning. Also the main bathroom was unclean, somebody had urinated all over the toilet seat and lid and it hadn’t been cleaned, I did take pictures. Also we had no use of the tv. All we kept getting was no signal coming up. There didn’t seem to be an aerial lead into the tv so we couldn’t sit and watch it, we was sat in silence.
