"Peaceful stay in clean, big apartment only accessible by car"

Big apartment, clean, great beds, lots of trees, peaceful

No stove, no drinkable water, not possible to stay here without a car, nothing nearby except the Cenote park, restaurants at park close at 5pm, towels are not changed unless requested, no staffed front desk, communication only via WhatsApp with replies 6 hours later

"Great adventure and a fantastic stay!"

The room was spacious, including a bathroom with a large window. The staff was extremely friendly. The best part was the access to cenotes, zip lines, and kayaks. We spent two wonderful days there.

I think the chair on the balcony was broken, but just minor stuff. It was a great value for the price and there is a lot of love put into the property.

Free access to the cenotes was awesome. We were able to go back a couple of times. Added a lot of value for the kids.

The entire property is not totally developed, a little remote. Roads are rough

"Happy to stay in the park"

The hotel is in a beautiful park... It has two swimming pools and we love dinner in the cave... The restaurant was great as the location... something to do!!!

Unfortunately I didn't have the room with the kitchen but they gave us a big and well equipped room....

"Great cenote place, but maybe too crowded"

Cenotes are great, the hotel was also very comfortable.

There's too many people at the cenote park, I don't think I'll return. You can't really enjoy because there's so many people, we were on a group with 60 people, and ahead of us was another 30 people group and we overlap in each cenote... People shove us and pushed us against the rocks. Not fun. Also, you can't bring food/picnic into the park... There's this pressure to buy food/drinks in the park, in other cenotes we were allowed sandwiches in a picnic area.

Restaurant closed at 5pm, nothing else in area. The Baalman Restaurant requires reservation. Went to sleep hungry , when we were back from their atv tour the stores were closed. We didnt have a rental or transportation.
