On arrival the home was a toasty 29c Clean and a nice homely feel for a home away from home. On walking round the home, lots of great details, not a soulless holiday let. Large rooms & 2 X very good bathrooms with showers . All amenities, the essential bottle opening that every forgots. The location WOW! We counted 14 different places to eat within 5 minutes walk in either direction 10 min walk & right in the heart of Belfast city. We will be coming back and staying again Great stay

WARNING: This property is right next to a massive high rise construction site. The noise is outrageous. From 7am to 5pm be prepared for heavy duty machinery and banging. This high rise building construction will go on for ages. The property itself is dated, dirty and smells like below restaurant grease. One toilet didn’t work and walls are banged up. There is no dryer for clothes and no milk for read. Check in instructions are complicated and parking stall is so so small. It is the worst property we have ever stayed in. Totally disruptive and upsetting. Owner/property manager is useless and would only compensate £50 in exchange for a 5 star review. Very expensive stay and upsetting. Would never recommend.
