CAThe code didn't work. We arrived after a long transatlantic flight and couldn't get in. Called Booking.Com and the property manager did not reply to them either. As a result, we had to find alternate accommodations. Also, it is located an area that is not nice!

GBCheck-in: the key code was only sent 3 hours ahead - which makes the false assumption that one is constantly with a signal online. It was very stressful and I had to search for a location with a signal and wifi. No other property I've stayed in has had such a short notice. Once in the property, it lacked any information and instructions (apart from ones for putting up a Christmas tree and furniture not even in the apartment and operating devices not provided), consequently: we could not access wifi as the code was not provided (except as a link - which assumes you have internet connection!) we could not operate the air conditioning - it was hot so we were uncomfortable we could not operate the remote door device - so we had to go up and down steep stairs with no handrail to let each other in we could not watch live TV, only access apps The property has a kitchen breakfast bar but no stools - we had to eat our meals sitting on the sofa, without even a tray. There was no coffee making facility and just 6 small mugs - no regular size ones There were 4 large wine glasses, no tumblers or other glasses. Minimal provision of crockery (but we could have baked a cake in the cake tins) we could use the dishwasher, without dishwasher tablets - there was an empty packet there were no tea towels No bathmat The captivating view could indeed be captured, once you had squeezed round the end of the beds to peer out of the windows. (Squeezing a double bed into the 'cosy' second bedroom seems purely money grabbing.) What was not 'cosy' or 'captivating' were the bar nightclubs on either side. No mention of those in the description, nor warning of their loud beating music until late (early am) We booked for three nights; we left after two because it was uncomfortable, noisy and did not provide the basics we required. The conditions were very poor value for money.
