Great appartement, we'll equipped, grate locating.

Two things were very annoying and need to be fixed ASAP actually. First, the apartment door could not really be locked. If you close it (no locking possible as it does not have a key and is opened via electronic code) you could always open it with out the code by a simple littel push. Hence, we always felt a bit unsafe and never left anything valuable in the flat. Second, the elevator was broken (seems like long time already). Means, you need to get 4 high floors up before reaching the apartment. Hardly possible for elderly, or bringing up larger luggage. The broken elevator should be mentioned in the description of the apartment!

ACHTUNG! ACHTUNG! ACHTUNG! Entgegen der Anzeige hatte das Haus zwar einen Fahrstuhl, dieser funktioniert jedoch schon seit längerer Zeit nicht oder nur kurzfristig. Da wir die Wohnung in der 4 Etage (86 Stufen) mit unseren über 80-jährigen Eltern gemietet haben, war das natürlich katastrophal und hat uns massiv verärgert, da der Zustand bei Anmietung bereits bekannt war. Hätte der Vermieter uns hier im Vorfeld verantwortungsvoll informiert, dann hätten wir uns für eine andere Wohnung entschieden. Die nachträgliche geringe Entschädigung konnte die körperlichen Strapazen der Senioren nicht vergessen machen. Sehr sehr schade. Hier müsste aus meiner Sicht Booking.com als Anbieter-Plattform eventuell auch eine Verantwortung übernehmen und darauf bestehen, dass das Ausstattungsmerkmal Lift aus dem Angebot gestrichen wird.

Everything- the property was well located . Very close to Time Out market. Spotlessly clean and using a key code was so handy.

It’s not that we didn’t like the stairs but they were very steep and awkward carrying up luggage.Just something that might be be worth noting for people with mobility issues.

Location was absolutely brilliant. It was close to public transport and also a lot nice restaurants and bars.

The property was very spacious and perfect for a group of 6 adults. The location is excellent, in a great area with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, including Time Out Market just around the corner. Instructions were clear and communication was good throughout the stay, with quick support when needed.

The experience felt a bit impersonal as everything was handled via text with no human interaction. One of the mattresses should be replaced as you can feel the bed structure underneath. Also, there was no flexibility to store luggage on the check-out day, only discounted external options were offered, which is not very convenient.

Muy bien ubicado, en el centro de la zona turística. Espacios muy amplios en todo el apartamento y bastante limpio.
