SHOREBANKS - Harbour View Apartment in Sandbanks.

Great location, very well furnished and comfortable. Really good communication with the owner.

Bit of a smell in the corridor but flat itself was fine. Parking very tight when other cars parked there.

Easy access to two different types of beach, the host's welcome pack/information and passion, convenience of a food shop, the sunset views, the immediate hot water and overall comfort of the apartment.

The communal hall areas not up to same standard of the flat, the convenience of shop under the building also attracted groups of teenagers hanging around so didn't feel completely comfortable with the safety of our car and wary of accidentally leaving the building''s entrance door ajar and the kids also littered the area and there was the occasional whiff of weed. One of our grandchildren cut the top of his foot on door between kitchen and bunk bed room, so would advise to sand it down and touch up with paint. The price we paid for our stay was on the expensive side, which was understandable due to its prime location, but, in retrospect, the location attracted groups of youths and required the evening presence of police and a security guard on the door of Tesco so this tarnished the location premium, in our opinion.

Properly was very nicely decorated, bedrooms & living room and terrace were lovely and comfortable. Location was fantastic & parking space was a big plus.

Great location . Had everything you could need - a 'home from home ' ! And a great view !

The communal areas / corridors of the block could do with redecorating . But once inside the apartment all is good !

Everything. Location, close to beach. 3 bedrooms, king size, double and bunk beds. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. The balcony is a bonus, Next to Tesco express. Nice extras, proseco, crisps and chocolate biscuits. One allocated car park space. Sheraleethe owner was extremely helpful.pful and very obliging. I would return and highly recommend a stay.

Position was great with a small beach right across the road and quick access to the main beach. The apartment has everything you need for a week’s holiday in the area. We also enjoyed the balcony for eating outside.

Car park is quite noisy in the mornings due to the Tesco shop downstairs.
