Neat and clean, comfy bed, location is great as is host who is also kind and helpful. Would visit again given the opportunity.

Room is bit compact with 2 people, limited room for a desk to work quietly out of the way, if that matters for your needs, otherwise all good.

The location of this property was absolutely perfect! Everything you need is just around the corner, with great cafés and restaurants only steps away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Leyla, a truly wonderful host, and her gorgeous dog, Cesar, who added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was cozy, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet—just what I needed. Thank you for a truly delightful stay! I would love to come back.

I wasn’t in the property. I had to find another place to be warm under a -2° to wait 3 hours to be able to do my checkin, so why bother?

I made the reservation taking into account the information that checkin can be made from 16-23 (it’s in their description). I made it at around 19:00 and got contacted that I could only do the checkin around 21-22 because the owner of the property was working. I was told I would be contacted in case there was someone who could deliver the key in the next hour (20:00-20:30). I asked if a refund would be possible since the service didn’t comply with the information given. I was left without an answer until very close to the time that suited the owner’s schedule, then with a written message stating that refunds were not allowed and that I should read carefully for next time. There won’t be a next time. As for the service: comply with what is written in your description. It’s not the guest’s problem if you work or not. I had been busy with a funeral under a disgraceful cold weather and negative degrees and still had to wait hours to get in the room, mind you: you still got delayed! Don’t try to tell a guest that they have to read the guidelines carefully if you can’t deliver the service which you describe and is expected to. My money wasted.
