It was truly an historic cottage and its location is at the fishing cove in Point Arena. It was furnished very nicely and it felt like a 1902 cottage!

The hot water in the shower didn’t stay hot but fluctuated between hot and cold. Everything else was excellent!!!

Property was unique and well decorated. View was nice. Enjoyed dinner out on the porch.

Would be nice to know that bedrooms are upstairs. (Maybe i missed that in description.) Also could be noted that neighbors are close and if both parties are in their fire pit/outside area it could be awkward.

It was so cute ! Delightfully decorated. So close to the water. We could hear the waves. The town was adorable and we were close to the pier and beach that were awesome

We were cold and no heat upstairs or extra blankets. The house had a wood stove but no kindling so we couldn’t light one. Other than being cold and wishing for sugar for coffee we were good and loved the space.
