Private room and bathroom in the heart of Drammen

Self check-in and check out. Fridge and microwave in the room. The room was silent (seems like it's because there were no other people in neighboring rooms)

Even with detailed instructions, finding the entrance to this apartment is quite difficult. There's an abandoned building next door where squatters live—we had no problems, but you don't feel safe in that area. The room itself is shabby and in need of renovation, the cleaning is superficial, and there's a lot of dust under the beds. Tv doesn't work. The curtains and wooden blinds are translucent, which is especially uncomfortable since this is a ground floor with windows facing the neighboring building and in June the sun doesn't set at all and even at night the room is illuminated - I wouldn't recommend changing clothes in the room and especially not walking around the room naked. Someone from the previous tenants left a razor in the bathroom—no one put it away, as if it should be there, although this is terrible from a basic safety and hygiene standpoint. There's also a terrible smell in the bathroom due to the open drain of the washing machine—they mask the smell with an automatic air freshener. I'm glad we only needed the apartment for one night—it was simply the most affordable option in Drammen.
