Me gusto mucho como se desarrolla urbanamente el complejo, paralelo al mar, siempre tienes las piscinas y la playa cerca. Moderno, cómodo y bonito. Buena comida, linda playa.

We met some friendly staff while walking on the property. We enjoyed the beach and the pool.

When we arrived, we were not approached with a warm welcome. Royalton is promoted as luxury but our room was extremely small and not luxurious. The bathroom was not clean, the water was not running out in our face basin. We were not able to eat at the restaurants that we wanted to go because they were fully booked. Faithann (staff) managed to squeeze us in one. I requested for my room to be decorated because it was our anniversary and that was not done. To top it all off,we had diarrhea, so we were stuck taking turn in that small bathroom and not able to enjoy the nightly activities. I've have paid less at other hotels and have nicer rooms and better experience. We will definitely not be going back.

The entertainment by the pool was really good at the swim up the staff was more accommodating with good customer service.

In the food court there wasn't a lot of food variety to choose from. My coffee was cold, there was no straws the staffs were not really welcoming 😕 and you had to wait awhile for your drinks. We made reservations at the seafood restaurant. They ran out of bread & butter, no sea bass so we had to settle for snapper. The starter and main was ok but the desert 🏜 horrible.

elevator there was no fan or AC in the elevator it was hot. My show keep changing from hot to cold. Also the restaurant A/C worki g because i got to the hotel. Park from that little complain. I ready enjoyed time and my family.

Wasn’t at the center of MONTEGO Bay so had to commute all the time to the center

Salvo excepciones nadie habla español y al hablar solo inglés en algunos restaurantes no eras bien atendido
