Beach,Bars and restaurants

Kids were allowed on the beach and restaurant. If it’s Adult only then it should be Adults only. I don’t want to hear screaming kids while trying to enjoy a meal if it’s supposed to be adults only.

The meals were delightful and very tasty. The options were good and varied. Special thanks to the staff that made every effort to get a spot at the ZEN restaurant although it was fully booked.

I didn't like to see the flies pitching on the food. That was a turn off for me.

Staff were professional, attentive and helpful.

Was not advised of a late check-out charge.

The staff was excellent at theirs job and very welcoming. I had a few games with a few members of staff

I like the pool, the beach, the bar 🍸 the food 👌 and entertainment, especially the Jamaican night entertainment that was excellent play a couple games win a few live the quiz and everyone learning to dance I would definitely come back again 😀

The Location and warm welcome from the workers at the outside entrance of the resort.

The young lady at check in was a bit rude and not personable at all. Perhaps she was having an off day however it was very off putting to visitors checking in and looking forward to visiting your establishment.
