Beautiful property

Out of food, bad service, workers not willing to to help I will never come to this resort again, I like Royalton resorts but this one was shit !!

I liked the ocean view, entertainment, restaurants and the beach

The room was not luxury enough. It lacked basic amenities. No access to housekeeping by phone, The mini bar was too basic, not everyone drinks beers.

Good vibes. Entertainment was top tier. And the restaurant dinning experience was really good especially as a birthday celebration spot. Our waitress at the seafood restaurant was so good

Rooms relatively small compared to the main hotel. Also didn't like that they put our two rooms at the far end of the hotel.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Royalton. The level of service did not meet basic expectations, much less the standard Royalton advertises. I requested birthday decorations for a special occasion, and nothing was done. When I followed up with Guest Services, I was told they were “low on banners” and had “no balloons” — highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a resort of this level. The mini bar and tea station in my room were not stocked. I ordered room service for tea and drinking water, and it never arrived. Despite raising these issues and even sending an email report to Customer Service, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or follow-up. This was supposed to be a special experience, but it turned into frustration and disappointment. I cannot recommend Royalton based on this experience.

We loved that it was clean, spacious and welcoming staff and the food was good also

Didn’t have much options for entertaining and the bars closed too early in the night. Guess they want persons to go to the sports bar

Cleanliness and beauty of the property. Everything is well kept. Loved ordering room service to the room. Amazing beach on the property

All is good, But more variety of food in the buffet is needed
