The resort is beautiful, and the employees were very helpful, and the food was good. The beach was clean and the sand beautiful.

I was very unhappy about the resort not having an iron or ironing board. Some of my things needed a pressing. I was attending a wedding..

No iron or ironing board in the rooms. I could not wear most of my clothes.

Liked some aspects on property; the lazy river, the foam party, the slides, the post dinner entertainment and sports bar; bartenders in the sports bar on our night were the most pleasant.

Staff wasn’t really genuinely friendly, felt like they were just focusing on their jobs and not really accommodating us, so one night was enough for us. Also, there were foot marks in our room; the door was hard to open and no one advised of how to open it, we had to call someone to assist. The staff in the coffee shop were very bland; it’s as if the energy for serving and catering was just bare minimum.
